I f you're like me... you're saying, "yeah right, you can't possibly build deltoids lying on your back. Maybe chest but not shoulders. It defies the law of physics."

I thought so too until the other day I stumbled on something that changed my mind completely. I was doing supine barbell kickbacks to finish off my tricep routine.

Tricep kickbacks are a strange exercise...in that... you have to hold the barbell extended away from the head in order to work the triceps. It always seemed a little awkward because it took so much effort just to hold the barbell out there at arms length.

But that's where the magic is...

The Arnold Classic

If you wanted to attend the Arnold Classic, but could not make it with us, the trip was worth attending.

Those that made the trip to Ohio, were Larry Scott, Bailey Hall, contest winners of last months were Ryan Treft and Blake Ricketts all expensives paid, we also had Mac Mccurdy and Rich Martin two of our local L.S.C.T. fly out to help and be apart of this contest.

A few of the highlights were that we had a top spot for our booth location, all that product we took sold. We attended the V.I.P. dinner with Arnold and many of the bodybuilding legends. It was great to see two old friends united and joking around about old stories.

Following the dinner we took part in the Frank Zane concert provided by Frank himself. Just take a look at the photo's provided by Mac. We were extremely impressed by the welcome we received. As a result we met Dr. Steven Willey, a doctor of internal medicine, who joined our elite team of Larry Scott certified trainers(L.S.C.T'S.) We are planning for next year and hope to see you all there.
