Where This New Method Came From

Frankly, it was a matter of faith. Even crusty old Thomas Edison said he got some of his best ideas from a source outside himself.

Must be true because one day, the idea popped into my head... “Why am I doing this on my own. The Lord created bodies. He knows the best way to build ‘em” and... there must be a “Perfect Method” to do this without “spending your whole life” in the gym.
I learned the key to progress is... not long workouts it’s... Growth Hormone release. Exercise is... just the catalyst... to start the growth.

This study done by Tanner... shows the important role Growth Hormone plays in building muscle and getting rid of bodyfat. Nature 1972 237 433-439

Impressive Huh? As Growth Hormone is increased... muscle grows and bodyfat drops.
Although this study shows what happens when extra Growth Hormone is introduced to the body, the same effect occurs when we increase our own endogenous production of Growth Hormone by taking a Growth Hormone.
