The Amazing Swing Squat

The first time I saw this thing I was at a Trade Show. It was so ingenious I had to try it and I was so impressed, I couldn’t stay away from their booth. I soon had one sent to me and I love it. I don’t make a nickel for telling you about this piece of equipment but it sure makes me feel good to pass on something good to you.

The Swing Squat is like no other leg exercise you’ve ever done before. It’s something like a hack machine because it doesn’t put any strain on the back but still works quads like crazy.

But the amazing thing about this exercise is how smooth it is. I’m not just talking about the movement which... by the way... is gloriously smooth but I’m talking about the stress levels.

When you do hack squats on a hack machine they’re great for quads but they’re sure hard on knees especially down at the bottom. But that’s not true with the “Swing Squat” this thing actually... gets easier... the lower you go. It’s uncanny!.

Here’s what’s happening...

It’s built just like a swing, the lower you go the more the weight is supported by the swing. If you want to... you can go all the way down until your sitting on your heels. I know we’ve always been told not to go below parallel but that’s because the exercise gets harder the lower you go but... not with this thing. So, it’s perfect for a guy that’s got sore knees but still wants to build some great quads.

I wish I had thought of this exercise myself. I didn’t, but I can still pass the info along to you.
