“Better Growth Hormone Release”

The problem is... Growth Hormone begins to decline between 20-30 years of age. This effect is the result of a defect in the releasing of growth hormone, not a defect in the manufacturing of hormone.

Recent studies done by Chalew Zadik show that Growth Hormone (GH) peaks somewhere about age 20 and drops off sharply to age 40. From then it’s almost zero.
Yet when they examine the pituitary glands in 80 year old cadavers they are full of Growth Hormone. In other words, our body still manufactures plenty of growth hormone, but as we age we are unable to release as much.
