How To Create A Ring Of Fat Burning Fire Around Midsection

I saved the best for last. Remember me telling you the best part about this 12 Minute Miracle was how it makes you feel more alive, almost like you’re walking on air? Frankly, I couldn’t figure it out.
In the past whenever I worked midsection, It was a big drag. I knew I needed it but the actual work was a pain in the neck.
But that’s all changed. I simply love to work midsection now, and not just the front either. I love all 5 midsection areas. It’s a whole new world. I even have to be careful I don’t over do it.
It’s so gratifying to glance in the mirror each morning just before taking my shower and be pleased with what I see. And... for some reason as we get older, what pleases us most is a lean hard midsection - not huge shoulders, not massive arms, it’s the waist that counts. That’s why one quick glance at your own muscular midsection is so comforting.

There’s a kind of zest, a freshness that is simply intoxicating. I was trying to figure out why! The best answer is something I read in a Tai Chi book.
A chapter on breathing spoke of what happens when you use the diaphragm to breathe. “Beneath the diaphragm is the stomach, on it’s right is the liver, on it’s left is the spleen, and underneath are the intestines. When we move the diaphragm up and down we massage these inner organs. This massage increases the blood and the “chi” circulation around them, and greatly improves the digestion of food, the assimilation of nutrients and assists in the elimination of waste.”

I thought, that might be it!
If just breathing massages all those internal organs, imagine what we’re doing when we learn to flex all the muscles laying right on top of them. No wonder this “Ring Of Fire” makes you feel so good. Let’s talk more about...

“The Ring Of Fire”

Again the key is learning how to flex your midsection muscles (and I’m not just talking about the muscles in front). I’m talking about the muscles in the front, sides and back which are the furnace that burns abdominal fat.
Unfortunately, most of our midsection furnaces haven’t been lit for years but... now you’ll really turn up the thermostat.
You’ll gradually increase the fire until the walls of your furnace, are aglow with body fats burning even the “hard-to-get-at” fats will melt with this intense heat.

You’ll Have A Hard Time
Keeping The Smile Off Your Face...

Because you’ll feel something wonderful happening... your pants will get looser... your energy will increase. You’ll see a younger face looking back at you in the mirror.
After a month of using this amazing system you’ll be 5 to 10 lbs lighter, maybe more! After a second month your world will change.
It will be full of people giving you double takes. Total strangers will smile as you pass because they’ll feel your energy. Now lets talk about how...

“Variety Keeps You Motivated”

Even your favorite dessert becomes a drag if you have the same thing day after day. The same is true with exercise. We get our best gains when we first start an exercise program but... it doesn’t take long for that initial burst of progress to taper down to nothing.

The problem lies in how the body reacts to exercise. It releases Growth Hormone to accommodate the stress. Muscles adapt by growing. Once this adaption takes place, progress stops. (This is where most people quit).
Weltman did a study which shows adaption takes place within the first 2 weeks of exercise.

Gains start to drop off before the 2nd week of training. In other words, if you’re training on the same program for more than two weeks, you’re wasting a lot of energy. It would be much better if you changed your program the 1st week. But even better... if you changed every day. That’s another reason why this 12 Minute System is such a smashing success.
