The 6" Tricep Bench is perfect for getting the weight up and down when ever you're doing supine tricep presses with the EZ curl bar. Those normal 18' benches are too high to get the bar up and set it back down again. You always need someone to help you. Not with this bench... Think about this...

You need to be close to the floor, but not right on the floor. (If you are right on the floor, the elbows will hit the floor at the bottom of the movement). Also, there needs to be enough clearance so the plates on the Olympic Bar do not hit the floor at the bottom of the exercise. Hence the 6" Bench.
